Custom Order Policy
- All custom desserts require lead time of 10 days minimum
- Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit
- No changes of custom orders can be made within 10 days of the scheduled order pick up/delivery date
- Orders are confirmed upon payment of the deposit
- In the absence of required deposit, custom inquiries will be dismissed
- Payment methods accepted are cash, e-transfer to info@sinfuldesserts.ca or credit card payment over the phone
- Outstanding balances are to be paid at the time of pickup, or a week prior to scheduled delivery date
- Once products have left the bakery, it is the responsibility of the customer to handle and transport them with care
- Sinful Desserts assumes no responsibility to product damages once it has left the store
